Separate toilet and shower room with a modern shower in the bathtub (120x80 cm), practical for children.
On the upper floor accessible from the living room: a large attic bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 which can be joined together and 2 beds 90x180), a few additional steps to access the second bathroom with toilet.
You benefit from a private courtyard of approximately 50 m² and a shared garden of 200 m²
